This package includes all of the following:
✓ A preliminary sleep and temperament intake form and evaluation to assess your child’s current habits and schedules.
✓ A 60-90 minute virtual consultation to go over all of your child’s sleep related details with a fine toothed comb. We will go over all the sleep fundamentals and ensure that your child is set up for success, and go over your personalized sleep techniques.
✓ Includes a virtual nursery assessment
✓ A customized sleep plan made specifically for your child that includes routines, schedule, sleep techniques, troubleshooting specific issues, and step-by-step instructions on how to achieve your sleep goals.
✓ Unlimited daily virtual support from the start of the sleep plan and for the 3 following weeks.
✓ Unlimited* voice and text messages through Voxer app
✓ Weekly 15 minutes check-in calls
✓ Digital sleep log monitoring
✓ A Looking Into the Future sleep guide customized for your child. Created with future transitions, milestones, and how to troubleshoot possible events and hiccups that will undoubtedly throw a wrench in your child’s sleep along the way in mind.
